Users unsubscribed accidentally from newsletter - fixed
Around 1,500 people were accidentally unsubscribed from the last email newsletter, following a glitch in the email which meant that an unsubscribe link was put in the wrong place. We have now resubscribed those affected and sent a follow up email to apologise for the error and confirm their resubscription.
If you were afffected and did not receive an email to confirm your resubscription, please contact Customer Support.

@mark: we definitely sent you them, most recently on March 20th. What is possible is that AOL are pre-filtering them for some reason although we’ve not had any complaints from other ISPs.
Could you confirm that nothing is in your spam or junk email folder on that day?

its ok for you to keep on advidtes the 1911 census why cant you bring the cost down so pepole like me who are pensionser and cant aford the fees
i got to rely on kind folks on the gens ste to help out its ok for the ones who can aford the cost
i have been told my grandfather is on the 1911 census but unable to look for my self its alright for the gocerment to out thes chargese on thieis thing but don’t take in to acount the ones who cant afdord the cost so bring DOWN THE COST TONY
