Many thanks for all your comments on the blog - ┬áboth positive and negative. We’ll continue to monitor and reply when appropriate but do remember that if you want a specific answer within a fixed timeframe, Customer Support is the correct route.

We’re happy to report that so far we’ve approved and published every single comment (although we’ve deleted a lot of spam) so thanks for your moderation!

Commenting on the blog

Just a few quick observations about commenting on the blog:

  1. We will not reply to all posts (there are a lot) so if you require a specific answer, please contact our Customer Support team
  2. Many of the questions being asked are actually answered (in some cases comprehensively) by earlier posts. Do have a look through older entries to see if your question has already been covered.
